Villa facilities:
Fully air-conditioned as well as floor heating Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.
On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms of which 1 is a family bedroom (sleeps 4) and on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom. All bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms.
There is a large living room, TV room and dining room with pretty soft furnishings overlooking the terrace, garden and 2 private pool as well as great ocean views, TV, DVD, Video and Mini Stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer

Services:
The Villa has maid service twice a week, all bed linen and towels are included in your holiday (with the exception of beach towels). A generous welcome pack of drinks will allow you to relax as soon as you arrive.
The Villa has pretty soft furnishings and equipped for your comfort with BBQ, 2 private swimming pools, nice large garden and surrounding terrace. There is also plenty of shade and sun areas near the pool.
Distances:
Faro Airport is 15 minutes away and beach is 15 minutes drive away. The local supermarket is 5 min. driving distance, and you will find plenty of great Restaurants in the area.
The nature reserve “RIA FORMOSA” is right at your doorstep for you to either walk or bike through and enjoy the nature and admire the breathtaking scenery and the wide selection of birds that come here especially to breed.
Europe’s best golfing paradise, riding, water sports and waterslides are all within 15 min. drive.
You are about 15 km away from Algarve’s capital “FARO” the historic walled town with it’s breathtaking old city and it’s pretty little harbour, shops, restaurants and night life.
Golf:
Europe’s best beaches and golfing paradise Qt do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, riding, water sports and water slides are all within 15 minutes.
