Upon walking into this two bedroom plus loft you will immediately feel at home in the mountains with spacious open beam ceilings on both levels and a large cozy fireplace. Under your feet is a newly slate tiled floor which extends into the kitchen and is in each of the 2.5 bathrooms. New hard wood flooring in living and dining area, new carpet for all the bedrooms and hallways. Fresh paint throughout the unit. Extra added vertical tall windows allowing lots of sunshine and partial views of Mammoth Mountain and the pool area. We will welcome 1 well behaved dog max in the condo. Please supervise.

This unit is a stone throw away from the outdoor pool, main sauna, and barbecue area and is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge for skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, or hiking.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates up to 8 people.

Bed Arrangement: The Master bedroom, which is on the main floor, has a Queen bed, plus smart TV, and an adjoining master bathroom. Upstairs you will find a private 2nd bedroom next to the loft with a queen bed. In the loft there is twin bed (with twin trundle) plus a twin/full bunk and another full bathroom. The half bath is off of the living room.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! After a day of play, enjoy the fine art work that is scattered about this unit as you relax to watch a movie on the smart flat screen TV with DVD/VCR or listen to your favorite tune on the CD player. The propane fireplace has a beautiful wood mantle and fine hearthstone. This unit is on the third floor from the garage and there are no elevators.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: With many windows this is a very bright unit with a view of the ski hill from the living room.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
