There are double doors on to a deck from the bedroom overlooking the dunes and communal garden. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room with toilet. The hot water for the property is provided by an efficient solar panel creating plenty of hot water even on a cloudy day. The central heating is under floor green technology geo thermal heating. Down the stairs on the landing is a separate bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Down a further flight of stairs is the light and spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Double doors lead on to a large deck looking out on to the communal garden and dunes providing ample space for lounging and al fresco dining.
