Comfortable, convenient, renovated flat in 3rd District of Vienna. Small, but comfortable, modern, apartment in central Vienna (40sq metres). Totally renovated and fully furnished. Central heating, wooden floors, white walls. Kitchen, toilet, living room, bedroom, shower. Easily accommodates two and has sofabed for two more. 4th floor, looks over Kardinal Nagl Square. 1 minute from U3 line. 2 stops to Wien Mitte. Near cafés, shops, parks. Sitting/dining room with cable TV, DVD player, internet connection, computer desk, hifi, dining table for 4, sofa-bed. Double-bedroom with adjoining shower. Fully equipped modern kitchen with new gas oven and washing machine.

A very comfortable apartment with all amenities and very well heated for a mid-winter stay. Ideal for a short break and in a very convenient location with easy transport connections and handy to all tourist destinations. The only disappointment was that we didn't see any snow!!

My wife and I stayed here in the summer. You can shop for all food, chemists', and daily necessities nearby, including fresh bakery goods. The U-Bahn is a short and easy walk, then straight into the middle of the city -- or anyplace else you want to go. The flat is spotless, and could accommodate one more person / couple if necessary. Very comfortable and very reasonable. And there is a lift for those who need it. There are also a couple of good restaurants nearby. We'd definitely do it again.
