Detached 3 bedroom villa nestling in the hills above Benidorm, with fantastic views to the coast. Ideally positioned between the village of Finestrat and La Cala on the coast, just a five minute drive either way. The exciting theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar, are in close proximity together with the beaches and bustling nightlife of Benidorm. It makes a perfect base for the ideal family holiday. There are many activities to pursue and the fantastic new real de faula championship golf course is just a few minutes drive away. The villa is fully air conditioned (metered) and has 3 storeys. Entrance downstairs with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, upstairs has a fully fitted 'l' shaped kitchen, a cloakroom with toilet & basin, and a lounge/diner. This leads onto a lovely terrace with furniture for 'alfresco' dining. The roof terrace is accessed by spiral stairs, where you will find sun loungers for private sunbathing or just to view the wonderful scenery & coastline

The villa is situated hallway between the quaint village of Finestrat and the coastal resort of La Cala. Benidorm is a stones throw away with its vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches. There is a host of water sports of every variety and plenty of other activities. Daily cruises are available around the coastline to neighbouring towns and villages (including a ferry crossing to the Balearics via Denia or Alicante). Scenic mountain train trips. Fantastic multicultural and typically Spanish restaurants & wine tasting at local bodegas. Close by there is a commercial centre with designer stores. You will find a street market in one of the neighbouring villages most days. If you travel south, you will find villages along the coastline such as Villajoyoisa and El Campello. Northwards are Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.

From start to finish a lovely holiday. Joan was very helpful. Chris and Steve were really really nice. The villa was exactly as described. The location was better than expected and very secure for the kids. It was very quiet and pieceful day and night which is what we wanted. Benidorm and finestrat were 5/10 mins away when we wanted the night life. Beachs were lovely and clean but very busy. Local attractions were great for the kids. Overall 10/10 and will definately recommend to anyone. Thanx everyone x

we hired this villa from 7-14 july, and the group of us had nothing but priase fro it. the villa itself is situated about a 45 min walk from la cala, so i would recomend a car, is you like walking you could do it, but there is very little in the way of paths, so most of the time ure walking on the roads( not good for the kids), its a good walk going there as it is all down hill,but it is a killer walking up, learnt form experience. the condition of the villa, is exactly as described and is spotless, and well maintained. the pool is about 10 doors away but still close enough, the site is still a building site as new villas are getting build, but you dont hear anything. we had a bit oh probs figuring out the water heater but there is a dial underneath it to get 24hrs oh hot water, no that you will need it. air con is easy to work and you'll need it. the owner of the villa and the managers are easy to approach and will go out your way to help. the owner orgainsed a transfer for us at short notice, due to us getting let down, so we all thank joan for that. i would recomened not only this villa but any villa that joan owns as what is descorbed and what is on the photos is what you get. everyone of us, would not hesitate to rent a villa from joan again, loved every minute of it. hope this review is helpful and everyone who go there, have a great time.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the nice words, I would just like to point out to anyone not wanting to hire a car, that the villa is situated off the main road to Finestrat village and there is a 2 hourly bus service into Benidorm.

Hi just returned from holidaying in the villa which we enjoyed emencely so much so the children wanted to stay.
The villa is as described and more,excellent views alround,especialy while eating on the large balconey and from the roof terrace.
Owners assisted with car hire which again was excellent would stay here again as the perfect base for holiday with benidorm and beaches 10 minute drive away and the villages and mountins 5 minutes away.
Very nice swimming pool.
Owner's Response: Always happy to assist in any way including flights, car hire bookings or transfers to and from the airport.

Great base camp for Benidorm

We had a group of road cyclist stay here and it's a great place. Away from the touristy crowds of Bendorm, but within a short drive of all amenities. Also very close to the quaint villages like Finestrat, Sella, and Relleu. Views of the ocean are fantastic and sunset dinners on the porch are great. Pool is surrounded by grass and pleasant and quiet.

We visited in late March and had great warm spring weather.
