Duquesa Village is a new high class development on Duquesa hill, which leads down to Duquesa Marina, a small picturesque Fishing Village and Marina in the province of Andalucia on the Costa Del Sol. The Apartment has the advantage of being at the front of the development facing down the hill towards the sea overlooking green hills, Duquesa Golf course and the Mediterranean sea. There are 2 communal swimming pools within a few metres of the apartments’, as well as a paddle tennis court. The Apartment has 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite, as well as its own terrace overlooking the hills. Fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room. The main lounge has a dining room table that seats six, with 2 double sofas, one of which extends to a sofa bed, DVD, and Sky TV. The lounge has its own patio doors leading onto a large patio overlooking the hills. The apartment is fully heated and Air con. The apartment has private secure underground parking.

Duquesa is a small picturesque fishing village and marina in the province of Andalucia in the Costa Del Sol. 20 minutes drive from Gibraltar airport, and 55 minutes from Malaga airport, Duquesa is an Ideal location for a family holiday or golf vacation for people who want the luxury without the hustle and bustle of major Spanish town. Duquesa Marina is the ideal place to dine in the evening, or to enjoy the long lazy afternoon lunches overlooking the harbour, with beautiful and often empty sandy beaches either side of the Marina. There are a a broad selection of restaurants, and bars offering a selection of sophisticated a la carte to simple bar food. The emphasis is on the family, and although most evenings are busy during the summer months, there are no night clubs, and the atmosphere is friendly. If you want something more lively, Duquesa is close to Puerto Banus, Marbella, and Fuengirola. Duquesa is how you imagine Spain 40 years ago, but with all the modern conveniences.
