Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-8)

This newly renovated Condo in Sawgrass Country Club has it all. The owner is also a member of the private club, so there is access to all club amenities for a small fee. World Class Golf, Tennis and a gorgeous Beach club. There are 2 bicycles to ride as well. The Condo is 1700 sq ft of open floor plan with new tile floors throughout and granite and stainless kitchen. Large living room with flat screen TV, DVD and X-box gaming system. A renovated 1/2 bath and laundry room are on the 1st level as well as the dining room and Den with sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with king sized bed and brand new master bath with granite and marble as well as a guest bedroom with en suite bath.
