Located in the Wind Surfing capital of the UK and just under an hour and a half drive from Central London. A luxury 3 bedroom (sleeps up to 6) purpose designed beach house in a gated private seafront development available for short term holiday lets. Light and spacious accommodation is arranged over four floors with a top floor bathroom and ground floor shower room. The lounge with sea views opens onto a front balcony perfect for sun bathing or eating al fresco. The property is located in Bracklesham Bay, seven miles south of historic Chichester and near to the South Downs and Goodwood. The property is child, windsurfer and diver friendly!

The property, previously a beach-home residence was extensively refurbished during 2006. The property became available for holiday lets for the first time in 2007. The interior refurbishment was designed to establish a calm and tranquil environment with all the conveniences and luxuries you would expect. The sound of the sea can be heard from all rooms. The property was originally designed and built for boating enthusiasts and has outside storage areas underneath the house particularly useful for windsurfing and diving equipment. The entire Marineside development is extremely child friendly and there is a large grass area to the front of the property perfect for the kids and in full view of the front balcony for sunbathing parents. We have worked hard to bring this property to the local holiday letting's market and will continue to strive to ensure that your stay is a very pleasant one.

We genuinely welcome all guest feedback: A comfortable and well equipped home, making a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a lovely holiday and feel sad to return to reality! Three generations beach holiday

This beach house was a great place to stay for us, our son, and our granddaughter - we immediately booked again for next year! James was very helpful in the booking process and gave plenty of information about the accommodation and resort. The floorplan provided in addition to the photos was helpful in deciding who would sleep where in advance! The house was clean and well maintained, very spacious, and perfectly situated right on the beach. We are all looking forward to our stay next year.

Excellent stay!!

We stayed at the beach house mid-September. Children swam in the sea - we could see them from the balcony which was great.

House itself was very clean, had everything we needed apart from towels which were quickly provided. We were two families of three so the two bathrooms were useful.

We used local chinese, Pizza and Pasta Pub on main road back to Chichester and also The Cider House, all of which I would recommend.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we hope to return in 2010.

Lovely family holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Bracklesham Bay. The house was brilliantly kitted out with everything you needed plus all the things you usually forget like foil and sugar and salt. The garden had buckets for the children to go to the beach and collect shells and crabs ! The local shop was very friendly and the neighbours were all very helpful and the children all played together our the front. The beach was stony but sandy at low tide and we found fossils on the last day as the tide was low enough ! We really enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and historical sites. We went swimming in Chichester and enjoyed fish and chips in Bognor Regis ! I would recommend this property to anyone it is so comfortable and the view of the sunset from the front balcony is great. There was also a great selection of books, games and a toy box to entertain the children.
