Our light and spacious apartment is just 10 minutes walk from golden sands which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 5 minutes from Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that is overflowing with bars restaurants, tapas bars, street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along the promenade selling just about everything. The lovely park in the town has a lake with plenty of wildlife including peacocks, ducks and other water foul. The water feature meanders around the park which is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely setting for a stroll or a picnic on a summers day.There is also a children’s play area with lots of equipment to keep the little ones occupied.

Large living room with separate dining area, 3 seater sofa, easy chair, tv with UK channels, DVD player and there are ceiling fans throughout. There is a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing maching, oven, hob microwave etc. The bathroom has bath with shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin with marble top vanity unit. Master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Large second bedroom 2 with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, drawer space and ceiling fan. This non-smoking apartment is suitable for families or couples and whether you’re here just to relax, or you’re here for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar. There is a large supermarket just 400 metres from our apartment.
