  • Prices shown are for weekly rentals and are from Saturday-Saturday. Weekend breaks are also available - minimum stay of 2 nights or £240.00. Please contact us for further details. A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is taken at the time of booking, plus a £200.00 security deposit to be returned on satisfactory inspection of property on departure. The balance is required to reach us at least 4 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include daily utility allowance, linen and towels. Car parking is for two vehicles. No smoking or pets.

Master bedroom suite - King size bed, large mirrored wardrobe, sliding patio doors on to Juliette balcony. En-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, large shower cubicle. Twin bedroom - Twin beds, Wardrobe. Family Bathroom- Toilet, sink, bath, shower over bath. Lounge - Freeview with 48” HD TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station, sliding patio doors leading to balcony with table and 2 chairs, dining table for 4 people, large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table. Kitchen - Fridge, freezer, microwave, electric fan oven, dishwasher, Espresso machine, washing machine/dryer, island with electric hob and extractor and bar stools for 4 people. All bedding and towels included.

We have stayed at the apartment 5 times this year which is a fair indication of how great it is. It is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Every mod con is provided and it has been spotlessly clean each time we have stayed. The bedrooms are very large and the beds extremely comfortable. There is an underground secure car park to put your mind at rest and you literally walk out of the apartment and you are in the Gunwharf complex. Gunwharf is a great place for shopping and entertainment and the apartment is a far nicer experience than the hotels that I have stayed in and around Portsmouth. Whilst Gunwharf can get busy at night the apartment has excellent sound proofing and you are not affected in the slightest. We have stayed there with our 7 year old daughter, my 70 year old parents, our thirty something friends and all of them have had a great time. Whilst I'd like to keep the place a secret I think its only fair to the owners to recommend this property to anyone seeking a luxury trip away.
