A host of stunning outdoor parks and nature reserves are on the doorstep of Weeting village. Thetford Forest, Brandon Country Park, Weeting Heath and Lakenheath RSPB Nature Reserves are all 5-10 minutes drive from the cottage. Thetford Golf Club is an 18 hole woodland course set amongst the stunning beauty of forest pines and trees whilst Feltwell is a smaller 9 hole course designed over open heath areas. Brandon town, just 10 minutes drive, is well serviced with shops, restaurants, doctor and dentist - meat from the local butcher is a must and for the teenagers - a bowling alley. For those who like a tipple - England's only whisky distillery is located just off the B1111 near Thetford. Norwich, with excellent shopping and local historical sites, is only a 1 hour drive.

A traditionally built 2 bed cottage on the outskirts of Weeting, a rural village on the Norfolk/Suffolk border in The Brecks, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Fully fitted contemporary kitchen, full size conservatory, designer bathroom, central heating, carpeted throughout and close to local pub. Close to A11 for easy access to motorways and 35 minutes to Cambridge by direct train service from Brandon. The cottage is fully self contained to sleep 4 - one double/master bedroom and 1 twin room. Complete with bedding/linen, bathroom with power shower and bath, downstairs cloakroom, cosy and comfortable sitting room with open fireplace. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with integrated cooker, hob and hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The rear conservatory couples as a dining area to seat 6 with extra sofa seating to enjoy the warmth of the sun.

The quiet village location has local amenities - local public house is a 5 minute walk as is a local shop selling a variety of household necessities. Offroad parking is available to the rear of the property in a secluded fenced and block paved yard.
