In a biological estate of 1.500 sq. m. you may collect by your own for free: organic tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, blites, peppers, figs, blackberries, grapes, prickly pears (Indian fig). The Windmill Villas, are private residence in Santorini, can be found on the north east coast of the island in the coastal village of Pori, on the road going from Fira the capital to Oia. Pori is famous for its' beaches, sweeping views of the bay, tranquility and beauty. Captain's John fish tavern on a quite sandy beach, lays 10 meters from the sea, is well known and within 800 meters from the windmill. From the windmill you can see the wine yards, the sea the sky and every day the sunrise.

The Classy Lilac Windmill

Dear Nestor and Fotini,
We have had a great holiday. The island is beautiful, the weather is to match, but what made it extra special was your kind hospitality and the lilac Windmill!!
The lunch, when we arrived after a long journey was most welcome and throughout the week you have made us feel very much at home.
The windmill was very bit what we hoped it would be. The shapes, colours, decoration are very relaxing. Just what is required.
But now we must go home. We will miss making up, opening the shutters, seeing the sea and the blue sky…but that’s what holidays are for. Hopefully one day we may return.

Even better than web photos

The Windmill house was absolutely heavenly. Everything was so clean and beautiful -- even better than the website pictures. 3 bathrooms and lots of privacy inside the house. The pool was crystal clean and a great temperature day and night. The kitchen had everything a vacationers would need. We loved the location -- remote and quiet, yet close to the beach and only a few minutes away from Oia. We talked about how much we loved Santorini, and finally we realized that what we really loved the most was the Windmill! The owners arranged for a great rental car for us, and helped us with all our island activities. I would recommend the Windmills to anyone looking for beauty, peace, and 5 star accommodations at a reasonable price.

Thank you for a lovely stay, the warmest of welcomes and a fabulous place to rest and enjoy the sunshine.
We are so glad we stayed here, it truly is the perfect place to holiday on the island.
Highlights for us were admiring the sunrise early in the morning, and spotting shooting stars late into the evening.
The Caldera is of course stunning, but was made even better by the knowledge we could come back to the pool and windmill once we had had our fill of everything Santorini has.

The Lilac windmill so clean and relaxing! A truly different place.
The sunrise at the windmill was even more spectacular than the sunset in Ia .

Hard to leave!
Santorini is a wonderful island and windmills is the perfect place to stay.
Ia, Pyrgos,Fira….and the beaches… and of course the sunset and the sunrise from our windows.
