Bembridge is a small coastal village that is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight. The harbour boasts an array of unusual and distinct house boats and the village centre offers a fantastic array of shops and services. Bembridge is home to the Isle of Wights only Windmill which has recently been restored by the National Trust. Both Bembridge and the nearby St. Helens hosts, sports days, regattas, carnivals and many more local events, flower shows, etc., the major ones are listed in the Island Diary, for other local events see the calendar on www.bembridge.com Bembridge Harbour is a very popular sailing venue and boasts two popular Sailing Clubs with both dinghy and keel boat racing throughout the summer. Indeed there is now a lot of winter racing in 'Illusions' (one man keel boats) and scows. During the summer months many visiting yachts come into Bembridge Harbour for weekend visits and rallies.

  • Changeover day usually Saturday although this is negotiable. Weekends and short breaks are occassionally available at a small discount.
    Negotiable discounts for multiple weeks outside main seasons.
    Prices may be negotiable on bookings that cross-over dates, subject to the size of the party.
    These prices include bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, etc.
    All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £27.50.
    Refundable breakage/damage deposit: £250.00. Pets are not allowed.

Seahorses is a very well-kept, clean and spacious property ideal for families, providing a comfortable and cosy space. The accommodation has a lovely welcoming feel with a large porch, ideal for storing buckets and spades after a beach visit. The front door enters into a large living area with generous seating, and leads to a good-sized conservatory with comfortable seating overlooking the small, yet pretty garden with patio area. The downstairs layout has an open-plan feel with the living area also feeding into the dining area, with extendable dining table to seat eight people, conveniently situated next to the well equipped kitchen also with a table, overlooking the garden. To the rear of the house is a downstairs WC, door to the garden and interior door to the garage which contains the washer/dryer and has a clothes line for when the weather is not at its best. The stairs off the dining area lead to a spacious galleried landing with bedrooms off.

Bedroom one is at the front of the property with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three are both to the rear of the property overlooking the garden, with twin beds and sea glimpses. Bedroom four is to the front of the property with a single bed and large window. Upstairs, bathroom one has a stand alone shower, WC and sink. There is also a good-sized family bathroom with a bath. Please Note: Non Smokers only and no pets please............... Inside the home is strictly Non Smoking
