The living area comprises a large open plan lounge/dining area,and is furnished to a high standard, there is SKY TV with freeview channels. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is a dishwasher,oven ceramic hob and large fridge freezer, there is also a seperate utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. A sliding glass door leads to the terrace which over looks the pool & grounds. The terrace area has dining facilities should you want to eat Al Fresco & also a comfortable sitting area. There are several communal pools & a communal BBQ area. The main resort of Santa Ponsa is within a 10 minute walk & there are excellent golf courses within a couple of minutes drive.
