An old house on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno, it has 3 apartments, each with 4 to 6 beds. The apartment La Torretta has an independent entrance, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms with shower. There is a heating system, and parking is available in the courtyard. The apartment Soulér 1 is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning. The apartment Soulér 2, also on the third floor of the main building, is very big: 2 double and 1 triple bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with shower and a large area with dining and living space. This apartment also has air conditioning and heating. Soulér 1 and 2 have free access to the house garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available.

An old charming house, in the family for over 100 years, in the tiny harbour of Toscolano, on the waterfront of the lake, very close to hills and mountains with paths and trails, ancient villages and churches. All the facilities at walking distance. Close to an 18 hole golf course, sailing school, ferry harbour.

We stayed in souler 2 for a fortnight and had the best family holiday we've ever had. The appartment was ideal, well furnished with everything we could want. the owner Danielle was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was ideal, less than 5 minutes walk from an uncrowded beach and less than 10 minutes from some local shops. Moderno is only 15/20 minutes walk away from where you can catch ferries all over Lake Garda, so the car is not so essential. The only minor drawback was parking next to the appartment which is not always available. However, there is plentiful free parking within a minute or two so this wasn't a problem.

We will be returning to Toscolano in the future.

10 Tage lang haben wir in Souler 1 einen wundervolen Urlaub verbracht. Der Garten ist einfach traumhaft, man fühlt sich durch die geschickte Aufteilung als würde man sich auf seinem eigenen Privatgrundstück befinden. souler hat leider keinen Balkon, aber der Gartentisch in erster Linie direkt am Wasser entschädigt für alles und mit dem Fahrstuhl kann man prima das Frühstück etc. nach unten bringen und dort die Ruhe und den traumhaften Ausblick genießen. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach genial, hier wurden die Moderne mit dem historischen Charme früherer Jahunderte ideal verbunden. Antike Möbel, frei sichtbare Deckenbalken, Steinböden, kleine Fenster vermitteln einem einen eindruck wie es sich wohl "früher" einmal gelebt haben muss. Gleichzeitig gibt es alle Vorzüge des modernen Lebens : Klimaanlage ( sehr leise ), Spülmaschine, SAT-TV, elktr. Dachfenster.Der Fahrstuhl ist wirklich hilfreich, so kann man einfach Koffer und einkäufe nach oben bringen. Daniele ist ein sehr herzlicher, offner und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt und wollen gerne noch einmal wieder kommen. Toscolano erwies sich für uns als das ideale Ziel, die ruhigere Seite des Sees auf der man einen einblick in das ursprüngliche "Dorfleben" bekommt und nicht von Touristentrubel überrollt wird. wir haben auch die großen Orte auf der Ostseite besucht und waren froh abends wieder in unsere gemütlich urige Villa zurück zu kommen. Salo ist von hier aus auch sehr schnell zu erreichen und auf jeden Fall den ein oder anderen Ausflug wert. Stellen Sie den Wagen ins Parkhaus und erkunden Sie den See mit den vielen Booten/ Fähren. Selten haben wir einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt in dem wirklich alles gestimmt hat.
