An old house on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno, it has 3 apartments, each with 4 to 6 beds. The apartment La Torretta has an independent entrance, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms with shower. There is a heating system, free of charge. The apartment Soulér 1 is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning. The apartment Soulér 2, also on the third floor of the main building, is very big: 2 double and 1 triple bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with shower and a large area with dining and living space. This apartment also has air conditioning and heating. Soulér 1 and 2 have free access to the house garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available.

Very large apartment on the 3rd floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator, furnished mostly with antique family furniture, offers a very special atmosphere to guest ready to appreciate its charm. Provided with air conditioning and heating system, allows the access to the historical garden surrounded on three sides by the lake. Table, chairs and sun beds are at our guest's disposal.

What A Find!!

Our family Me, my husband, two children aged 11 and 2. My mother and father (70's) my mother in law (60's) have just returned from Lake Garda. We could have stayed longer....much longer.

This is a fabulous setting and the peace and tranquility we needed - you will see from the age ranges how difficult it could have been, but was not. It suited us all.

A relaxed friendly atmosphere in what can only be described as a beautiful unspoilt spot. We did not hire a car choosing to use public transport and our legs - it was great.

I would thoroughly recommend this property if you are looking for the peace and quiet in a "proper" Italian location.

The property was clean and rustic, the owner always on hand - we had to "borrow" flour to cook food bought from the market, which was marvellous.
