The accommodation internally is comfortable and homely with lounge having 2 large leather sofas and silver TV with Sky Satellite (FTV). The dining area has table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is open plan to dining area and is fully equipped with appliances to include oven, hob and hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a double-sized bed with bedside units and fitted wardrobes. The bright Second Bedroom has 2 single sized beds and also has fitted wardrobes. The fully tiled bathroom has bath, shower, WC and Wash Hand basin. The main living areas and bedrooms have Air-Conditioning units, windows fitted with curtains and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation. The apartment benefits from a south facing balcony which enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea.

The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers making it the perfect place for alfresco dining, socialising and relaxing. The property is located within a private development with its own large and ambient communal pool with views to the Mediterranean sea in the background. There is private parking for the residents.
