Kitchen/dining-room with gas 'wood-burning' stove and stripped wooden floors, fitted units and granite worktops, electric double over, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room - dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs cloakroom with basin and w.c. On the first floor: Two double bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets and two twin bedrooms with twin beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table/chest of drawers. Bathroom - Fired Earth basin and taps, bath with over bath shower and w.c. Garden - small lawn, two large decked areas and a large patio, all enjoy stunning views accross the Brede Valley and to Rye. Facilities include: Electric and full gas central heating included.

Short breaks are available from Friday for three nights or Monday for four nights. £100 deposit is payable at time of booking, the balance is to be paid two months before arrival. Towels are available to hire at £3pp.All our properties have a travel cot; you just need to bring linen for the cot. A highchair is available if requested at the time of booking.
