This very attractive home has many modern comforts such as a well equipped kitchen which includes: a ceramic hob, a built-in oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar; fully tiled bathrooms, one of which houses the washing machine; a TV, a DVD player, and a portable CD player in the lounge; white aluminium doors, window frames and shutters; and air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The a/c units also double up as heaters for the cooler nights at the start and end of the season. The water is heated by either solar panel or a back-up immersion heater. A large of books and board games for both adults and children have been thoughtfully supplied.
The furnishings in the villa are particularly pretty and romantic with a combination of natural pine and cream coloured French Provincial furniture, some of which has been delicately hand painted with floral motifs by skilled artists, wooden couches upholstered with delicate gold fabrics, and beautiful lighting which includes a gilt and glass chandelier in the lounge, and reading lamps in the bedrooms that are decorated with glass beads and mother of pearl. Many candles and bowls of potpourri are scattered around the villa, giving a wonderful aroma and completing the charming setting.
Villa Ti Amo has been built to a traditional Greek design. There is a choice of either sun or shade on the many different outdoor terraces and balconies at Villa Ti Amo, all of which have an ample supply of outdoor furniture. The breathtaking views from Villa Ti Amo help to make it the perfect place to relax and unwind at anytime of day.
The sunsets are particularly dramatic, and at night you can sit and watch the twinkling stars in the clear sky, the lights from the opposite side of the bay, or the ferries going to and from Athens. The land naturally drops off at the front of the pool terrace, and on the west side there are just 2 villas that are only partially visible as they are set on separate hillside terraces.
