Noggin is situated on Silver Street, one of the many tiny, quaint streets that run off Beach Street. It is just a few metres from the beautiful, clean pebble beach at Deal. Silver Street is in the Conservation Area of Deal. The house is about 250 years old and is full of old-fashioned charm. The house is built on four floors with a wonderful spiral staircase throughout the centre of the house. There are three lovely light bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor houses the main bedroom and a shower room. This room is large enough for a travel cot. The living room with original wood panelling is found on the ground floor along with a bathroom and utility room. To the rear of the property is a small courtyard with a seating area, perfect for morning coffee. Downstairs is the fully fitted kitchen /diner. The Conservation Area in Deal is a quaint maize of tiny streets with an abundnace of pubs, restaurants, antique shops and beautifully quirky houses.

The larger area contains many shops, cafes and fantastic restaurants. Deal has a lovely pier voted Pier of the Year 2008 and is very popular with fishermen, tourists and locals. Deal is a wonderful place in which to enjoy the outdoors. There are stunning coastal walks to Sandwich or towards Dover, and beautiful inland walks. The coastal cycle path is very popular with locals and tourists alike. Many people cycle in Deal as everthing is so local. Deal has its own castle and Walmer and Sandown castles are a short walk away. Deal is often featured in the lifestyle magazines due to its old fashioned charm, quietness, and beauty. The Telegraph has just voted Deal No 1 in Top Spots To Lay Your Towel. Deal has an abundance of Golf Courses very near by and the Open in 2011.The Port of Dover is just 4 miles away and France can be reached by ferry or by the Eurotunnel at Folkstone. Canterbury with its rich history is a 25 minute drive away.

Deal has a railway station with links all the seaside towns and London.
