Casa Limoneros consists of 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single), lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, bathroom and spacious, sunny terrace ideal for alfresco eating with wonderful seaviews to the front and mountains to East and West. Casa Limoneros is equipped with two Cable TV's (25 channels) in lounge and master bedroom, barbecue, iron, ironing board and full cooking facilities. The rental price includes weekly linen change and bathroom towels. Please bring towels for the beach and swimming pools. The villa is ideal for up to 5 people plus cot if necessary. There are three large attractive pools on the complex plus two infant pools. There is a tennis club almost next door to El Capistrano Village where you can hire courts/arrange coaching if required. Casa Limoneros can be combined with Casa Jardin to form a large 4/5 bedroomed villa with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3x Sky tv, large terrace and pretty walled garden. Ideal for an extended family, whilst offering privacy in each unit.

The Sierra Almijara mountain range shelters Nerja from adverse winter weather and at the same time provides a breathtaking backdrop to the whitewashed red roofed villas. Nerja is only 45 minutes away from Malaga airport and only 90 minutes from one of Spain's most popular skiing resorts; the Sierra Nevada. Nerja offers a variety of beaches along the coastline - the closest being Burriana Beach - one of the finest beaches on this stretch of coastline. Every Tuesday morning a market is held close to El Capistrano Village Nerja which is full of colour and colourful characters. Here you can buy jewellery, leather, pottery and local crafts. The Costa del Sol has, what is considered to be, the best all year round climate in Europe with typical temperatures ranging from 18c in the coolest months (Dec-Feb), 25c approximately in May/June/Sept/Oct and up to 31c in July and August.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices above are for up to 5 people in Casa Limoneros. A 10% discount is given for 3+ weeks. These rates include a weekly change of linen, bathroom towels, water, electricity and cable TV x2 (25 channels). Please bring your own towels for beach and pools areas.

    Extra Beds: Additional beds/sofabeds/cots can be provided at an extra cost of £35 per person per week to cover the linen, towels and hot water charges.

    Casa Limoneros can be combined with Casa Jardin to form a large villa for an extended family - 7-9 plus cot. Please telephone or email for further details.

    Arrival & Departure: The villas and apartments are available for occupation from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. This is to ensure that the property can be cleaned and made ready for occupation between guests. There may be times when variations to these times are possible depending on in-coming/out-going guests. Please discuss if necessary.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit of £75 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance of payment is due eight weeks prior to travel. Bookings made within eight weeks of travel must be paid in full when booking.

    Travel Insurance: We would strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for each member of your party.
  • Cancellation: If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking you should inform us as early as possible. If you cancel more than eight weeks before departure you will forfeit your deposit in full but will have no further payment to make.

    Damage: Unlike most other self-catering organisations, we do not insist on a damage deposit in advance. We do ask, however, that you replace any items which have been accidentally damaged or broken. If excessive cleaning is necessary after your visit (i.e. sofa, bedspreads, etc.) we would ask that you settle for this directly with our managing agent before departing.

    Car Hire: Car hire / taxi's (up to 4 people) / minibuses (4+ people) can be organised for your airport transfers if required.

Notes: Arranged on one floor therefore suitable for young children and elderly. There are five steps up to the entrance gate. Suitable for wheelchairs if you are able to cope with these five steps as once inside the gate, all one level. The spacious terrace is a wonderful area for eating/socialising and measures 67 sq metres. If hired with Casa Jardin (underneath) to form a large 4/5 bedroomed villa, you also have the benefit of an 80 sq metres private walled garden.

El Capistrano Village is an exclusive development consisting of established villas and apartments found in the most beautiful part of the Costa del Sol with an excellent climate. They are built in typical Andalusian style and are set on a hillside amongst lush, colourful gardens. The centre of Nerja is 1km away and is served by a public bus. The superb Burriana Beach and Mediterranean are also only 1km from Capistrano downhill. Nerja has become one of the most popular resorts east of Malaga in Southern Spain, whilst retaining much of its old charm and character of a former fishing village. Nestled at the foothills of the Sierra Almijara mountain range, Nerja must surely be one of the most beautiful spots along the Costa del Sol. There are three large attractive pools on the complex plus two infant pools. There is a tennis club almost next door to El Capistrano Village where courts, and coaching if desired, can be booked in advance.

At El Capistrano Village, everything has been taken care of for you to enjoy the most complete and successful holiday. The communal and private gardens are tended by professional gardeners throughout the year. The swimming pools are beautifully maintained with lifeguards on duty (peak season) and the pools are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Capistrano. There is a restaurant, pool bars and lively caves bar (Cueva Bar) for entertainment. The wonderful decoration of flowers on El Capistrano Village is typical of the charm and range of colours found all around the complex. Flower shrewn pathways with Andalusian lamps separate the properties.

I've spent 8 or 9 excellent holidays in El Capistrano, 4 of them in Los Limoneros, (most recently in September 2009). The appartment is comfortable, bright and spacious. The huge terrace has plenty of room to eat and laze about.

El Capistrano is quiet and peaceful and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Burriana Beach, near by, never seems crowded and there are 2 pools on the complex which are ideal for children.

The town of Nerja is lovely, with a wide range of restaurants, but I prefer the restaurants at Burriana Beach. Lots of sea food and paella and one of the cafes serves a complementary miniature ice cream cone with your coffee, (delicious).

The villages of Competa and Frigliana are well worth a visit. Marbella is about an hour and a quarter away in case, like me, you enjoy an excellent lunch and a browse round the designer shops.....wonderful shoes!

I would certainly recommend Los Limoneros and will no doubt be booking again next year.

Very nice property, superb locations. We have stayed these on numerous occasions and always have a great time. Can't wait until the next time.
Just 10min walk to the main town where there are numerous resturants and very friendly locals.
