2 bedroom lodge, sleeps 4, overlooking lake, near Dorset coast and attractions

Modern, spacious and stylish 2 bedroom lodge located on an award winning mature woodland park, which includes fishing lakes, dry slope skiing, entertainment centre, swimming pool with wave machine and much more. The park is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Dorset countryside and fortunate to be within an easy drive of some of the best Jurassic coast line in England.

Number Six The Lakes at Warmwell is a Wessex Deckhouse Lodge newly built in 2006, with an impressive list of stylish and practical fittings. The location of the lodge is one of the best in the park. The large deck, directly overlooking one of the lakes, faces south west and benefits from sunshine from early morning until sundown. The lodge is located literally within a few yards of a private peg and further pegs are available around the park.

Within easy walking distance is the Snowsport Centre with its snowflex ski slope where you can ski or snowboard. Lessons and equipment hire are available. The entertainment centre, which includes a large childrens indoor play area, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, take away, supermarket etc is approx a 5 mins stroll.

Childrens entertainment, cycle hire and fishing equipment information is available through the reception desk at the main centre.

With so many places to visit and on park activities Warmwell is very popular all year round but still has a magical relaxing tranquility. With so many visitors returning year after year no wonder they say that a holiday at Warmwell is 'Time Well Spent'. Beaches: Weymouth with its long stretch of golden sand and extremely safe bathing water make it a firm family favourite. Bournemouth is the largest holiday resort in Dorset. With seven miles of beautiful beaches, wonderful parks and gardens and a vibrant nightlife it offers something for everyone. Boscombe has fantastic sandy beaches and a wooded chine leading to the seafront. Many antique shops, a street market, a shopping centre and good nightlife.

Alum Chine has a village atmosphere, beautiful views from the cliff tops, a sandy beach and children's play area.

Poole Harbour is Europe's largest natural harbour and provides a stunning location for all types of watersport including sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and kitesurfing.

    There is not enough space to enter all the options on our rates but we do 7 nights, 4 nights and 3 night breaks.
    7 nights run from Saturdays
    3 and 4 nights run from Fri and Mon, from £275 to £800
  • The Lodge is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am. Please leave the lodge in a clean and tidy condition when you leave. You are responsible for any breakages/damages during your holiday. All children must be properly supervised by parents or guardians throughout the holiday. You are responsible for obtaining your own holiday cancellation insurance. Once a deposit is recieved remaining balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to holiday. You are liable for the entire holiday cost if the holiday is cancelled after this time.

"Hi simon, just wanted to say sadly had to leave your lovely lodge today, but thank you so much for renting it to us, what a fantastic place,we have never had such lovely accomodation,and the setting is absolutely stunning.
We have a video on camera of us hand feeding a deer and her baby. If i can get someone who knows more about technology than me i will get it sent to you.
The fishing was brilliant,and the weather well 34 degrees on the decking on sunday.
I think you will soon be getting a booking request from us for next year!

"Just got back, would just like to say your lodge is wonderful, we all enjoyed our stay, managed to get the travel cot in 2nd bedroom, could have even fit it in the wardrobe, it was that big!
The weather was amazing, we saw mummy deer and 'bambi' and the veranda was excellent as my partner and the girls loved fishing in the late afternoon and my littlest could watch them in safety.
Wold love to come back next year."

"We enjoyed our stay at your lodge very much. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. The décor and furnishings are tasteful and enjoyable. The kingsize bed gave us a very restful sleep. It was a welcome change to have a large range cooker for our mealtimes."

Dear Simon,

We just wanted to drop you a line to Thank you for the fantastic stay that we had in your lodge. First class accomodation. We had great weather which added to the experience.

Our 21 month old daughter loved the decking pottering around waving at the ducks, and having tea paries with her soft toys. It was great for her to have the freedom to do so as it is so safely enclosed. She totally enjoyed the outdoor life, we saw the deer twice ,and made good use of the beaches and forestry, oh and with out forgetting her first disco experience the with sid and lizzie! We had a truely wonderful family holiday within the warmwell complex and the surrounding area. So glad to have found your website!

We hope we will have the oppotunity to return in the future
