Princeville Vacation Rental house: Princeville

One year ago, Feb. 2007, a party of five stayed at Sanders House. We had a very pleasant experience. House is exactly as pictured, plenty of room for us. Beautiful setting - even spotted whales in the ocean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood - this is not a house for noisy revelers! Evening breezes and winter rains made the house quite cool (even chilly) at night, very comfortable daytime. All amenities as described. Master bath lacked a window covering that was only problematic if someone was on the lanai, but I hope that has been remedied. Washer/dryer have been heavily used so plan for slow if these are the same machines. I think the house is a very good value for the fee charged. A rental car is a must and the house was a bit difficult to locate at night upon arrival. Plan to visit Princeville Ranch and do the zip line excursion. Good beaches nearby. Beach towels furnished among other linens in the house. I was a bit surprised at the auto and amount of other "stuff" in the garage and closets, but assume the owners use this house fairly frequently. Ants (attracted by any sweet spill) and geckos were evident but not a big deal. I'd happily stay in the house again.
