Our luxury, large (2500 sq ft) detached 4 bedroom villa at Ridgewood Lakes Golf Resort has been carefully chosen by us to provide the ultimate holiday experience. Nestling in an area of outstanding beauty with stunning lakes and glorious woodland walks our villa offers everything for your complete enjoyment. Close to Disney and the other major attractions, Ridgewood Lakes has a wonderful, friendly community with a clubhouse/ Eatery and lovely woodland walks. The low cost and high quality means it's perfect for everyone that wants a lovely villa holiday. We always do everything we can to accommodate our guests, so if you have any questions please contact the owners directly.

Our private, heated swimming pool overlooks the lake and conservation area and has a lovely sunbathing area with table, chairs and sun loungers. You sometimes get Storks and rabbits roaming around. There are two double bedrooms, (one en suite) and two single rooms each with two single beds. Furthermore, there is an upstairs Children's Den Area with books, games, TV and PlayStation. Naturally there are other cable TV's in abundance.

The community is around 15 minutes from Disney and a little further on to the other major attractions, restaurants and shopping malls. Our highly professional management company are only 10 minutes drive and are on hand to help with attraction tickets, advice or any other issues. The community of Ridgewood Lakes are warm and friendly and love their golf. Summary of Facilities:Gated community situated in amazing landscaped scenery with Nature Trails

Local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The excellent shops, restaurants and attractions of International Drive are only twenty minutes away. For our guests peace of mind, our local, professional management company operate a 24 hour emergency phone line. Under 15 minutes from Disney and close to other major attractions. Approximately thirty-five minutes from Orlando International Airport. Only 1/1/2 hours from the coast and beaches of Tampa Bay and Clearwater.

Perfect place to be when visiting Legoland, DIsneyworld or Orlando.
20 minutes drive to all the mentioned places. The villa is actually on a closed Golf resort which means there is guarded entrance to the whole complex. Nearest supermaret is Publix just 5 minutes away, Walmart is abt 10 minutes away so very convenient. Also next to Publix is pharmacy and also a hospital.
The villa itself is great, plenty of room, all the needed items are there (microwave, owen, washer, dryer, iron etc). We were 4 kids and 3 adults and we had plenty of room for everybody! The Playstation on the second floor was popular among our boys:) The pool is heated which is great during winter, place is of course air conditioned which means the house is nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter if needed (we had +1C on one morning so heating was handy!) Wireless intermet all through the house which was essential to us and we appreciated it much. Owner extremely helpful and the local housekeeper was also very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend using this villa if you're visiting Orlando area!

Hello Andrew,

Just wanted to let you know that we truly enjoyed our stay at your villa. What a fantastic floorplan! The villa was everything the information said it would be and more. In this day and age of Internet deception, that was very refreshing. The drive into the community is spectacular! And the guards at the gate take their jobs very seriously, which we certainly appreciated. We didn't realize just how convenient the villa would be to the interstate, Disney, shopping and a grocery store. The property management did a very good job making sure the house was cleaned and ready for our stay. Your villa was an excellent home away from home. We are recommending it to everyone we know and we look forward to booking it again whenever we travel to the area.
