Three renovated Breton stone cottages sleeping a total of 24. Each cottage sleeps 8 in four bedrooms plus a cot. The 60 sq. metre swimming pool is heated, fenced with underwater lights and a surrounding terrace. The cottages have private terraces, garden furniture and barbecues. There is a climbing frame and a large field for the more energetic. Le laurier is described here , for information on the other two cottages see their details in their own adverts. La Lavande 730203 and La Source 730204. Kerservant offers an ideal mixture of activities and relaxation in an area of uncrowded roads, traditional villages and unspoilt countryside with ancient forests and lakes. Prehistoric sites and medieval castles are within easy reach.

Fishing is widespread over this area with the nearest at Lake Dordu in Langoelan, Priziac and Guerledan. A licence for two weeks is necessary and available in Guemene plus day tickets which can be purchased locally. Full details in each cottage. Horse-riding for all age groups and abilities is available at a stables on the left of the main road from Ploerdut to Guemene about 5-10 minutes from the cottages. The buildings are at the end of a very long drive. The nearest golf course is 9 holes only but is very attractive and tricky. A day ticket allows you play any number of times in a day. 18 hole courses are further away nearer the cost and full details are listed in a golf guide in each cottage. Water sports are available in the lakes at Priziac and Guerledan.
