Newly built, spacious, comfortable it has been designed to take advantage of the scenic beauty that surround this area including the wonderful Lough Currane - famous for its Sea Trout and Salmon fishing. Golfers have the choice of two of the top Links courses available within 2 miles. The main beach at Waterville is just 2 miles away where you can have you photo taken alongside the bronze statue of it's famous resident 'Charlie Chaplin' who lived here for many years.

Heather cottage ideally situated for touring the Ring of Kerry and is an anglers dream. Being comprised of stone and rendered walls under a slate tiled roof it is sympathetic to the local architiecture. It offers bright spacious family accommodation and incorporated Solar heating to reduce the carbon footprint and importantly your fuel bills. The flooring is mainly in beautiful solid light Oak. There are 3 spacious bedrooms plus an en-suite master bedroom. Both the main and ensuite bathrooms incorporate power showers. Outside you have the benefit of a large garage for storage, etc, a large hard play/ BBQ area and plenty of parking for several cars. For convenience you can drive right around to the rear door and enter via the utility room which accommodates the washing machine and tumble dryer.
