Great place for students

The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and stocked with almost everything we needed. It was easy to find, and the arrival and departure were uncomplicated.
If you're used to a king-size bed, the bed may seem a little small, but it definitely sleeps two people.
We only had trouble finding parking one day out of our three week stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. It's not far from Old Quebec (if you like walking, it's walkable. 2.6 km). There are a couple convenience stores nearby that sell bus tickets, and a bus stop less than a 5 min. walk away.
The owner was very nice and helpful. He left bus schedules and several maps and informational brochures for us to look at.
The only complaint: the family above the apartment (the owner's daughter and her family) have 4 small children. At about 6 a.m. every morning, the children wake up and make a considerable amount of noise. I was able to buy earplugs to solve the problem, but it's worth mentioning.
Overall, this is a great place for the money spent. Felt very safe, very clean, had everything needed. Great place to stay for 2 people on a budget.

About the noise, in fact there is, but we always share the following information with clients upon reserving: “The apartment above the studio is occupied by our daughter who has had 4 young children. Therefore, there are children noises, above all between 6 h 30 and 7 h 30 and between 17 h and 19 h 30. They are at the kindergarten on day time. If this information changes your plan, let us know.”
