Our 4-bedroom 3-bathroom superior executive home sleeps up to 8 in comfort with 2 master en-suite bedrooms. Fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard, with 30’ x 15’ heated private pool and spa. Recently extensively refurbished with new bed linen, new sofas, new 42' TV, Free WiFi Internet access at the villa, Blu-Ray standard DVD (All Regions - accepts European/UK DVD's), new Lounge Carpet, new crockery and utensils. A Games Room has been installed that includes a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, golf putting mat and soft tip Darts. In addition a twin bed Disney Themed room is now available. A massive Winn Dixie Supermarket will cater for your every need. A Jungle Golf (Mini/Crazy Golf) area is also near the shops. Within close proximity are numerous other top name restaurants and shops. Sun Palm: Newly Refurbished Villa - Games Rm - High Speed WiFi Internet - new furniture. The villa has two large en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms with twin beds. These two twin bedrooms share a third bath/shower room. One of the Twin Rooms is a Disney Themed Room. The main bedroom has its own dressing room and has direct access to the pool. There is a large lounge/dining area with an integral well fitted kitchen. Children are catered for with a protective fence to ensure they do not get access to the pool unless accompanied. The site is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants (40 minute walk on the flat). For those unable to walk this far there is a taxi service provided with a $10 set fee.

Windsor Palms is considered to be the best private villa resort in Orlando, offering the security of a 24-hour manned gatehouse and free unlimited membership to the recreation facilities and clubhouse which include games room, gym, 58-seat cinema, large community pool and spa, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball courts, children’s play area and much more. The access to Disney World is very near to this property, it is only 3.5 miles away (a slow 10 minute drive). The villa is spacious and well equipped. It provided an ideal base for visits to Disneyworld and the rest of the Orlando attractions.

Excellent location. On-site facilities including the cinema and shop are a big plus point and gatehouse entry provides an added sense of security.

Owner was a pleasure to deal with, providing clear communication of villa location and access arrangements and providing helpful responses to other queries prior to the holiday.

I'd be happy to recommend this holiday home to family and friends.
