Our luxury 2 bedroomed house is situated on the Championship La Finca Golf Resort in Southern Costa Blanca. It is set within a gated community, with iimmaculate gardens and private parking. It is situated between the villages of Algorfa and Los Montesinos. The urbanisation of Quesada is 3 kilometres away. Torrevieja and Guardamar are 15 kilometres away.

The house is situated on the championship La Finca Golf Resort with 5* Spa hotel, clubhouse, restaurant, coffee shop and golf shop. There are also bars, restaurants, banks, 2 hair and beauty salons, supermarket, gift shop, gymnasium/sauna, car hire on the golf resort. Car hire is recommended although taxis are available at very reasonable rates. The villages of Algorfa, Los Montesinos and Quesada are all 5 minutes drive away where there is something for everyone, with lots of different restaurants, bars, shops, waterpark, ten pin bowling, tennis, football. Both Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 mins drive away. The blue flag beach at Guardamar is 15 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a fantastic shopping mall called Habaneras with 3 floors of shops. There is also a bowling alley, cinema, water park, casino and many bars and restaurants. The area is a golfers paradise. The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of beauty with fantastic views.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100 non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks in advance of holiday.

    An additional €60 for cleaning is also required and should be paid locally at the end of the holiday. This includes a welcome pack of bread, milk, water, butter, 6 eggs and coffee. A more substantial welcome pack can be provided on request.

    £100 will be refunded once keys have been returned and house inspected for damage or the need for excessive cleaning.

    Extra days are charged at £50 per day.

    Cancellation policy - more than 8 weeks loss of deposit, 6 to 8 weeks 50% refund plus deposit, 4 to 6 weeks 25% refund plus deposit, less than 4 weeks no refund but deposit will be refunded.

Our house has been tastefully furnished and is a 2 bedroomed townhouse that more than comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has a large spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, a large bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet, a large terrace leading out to a private garden overlooking the communal pool, and private roof terrace with sun loungers. The house is fully airconditioned, including ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a 4 piece suit with shower and plenty of storage. The lounge boasts a real open fireplace, flat screen TV with terrestrial and Sky TV fitted. There is also a DVD player, docking station for ipod, lots of current DVDs, books and games available for your enjoyment. The house is a real home from home with everything you could need, down to a needle and thread! We have a tourist guide of the Costa Blanca area available for your use along with a Spanish/English dictionary just in case you want to practise the lingo.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, smoothie maker, iron, ironing board, quality kitchen utensils, crockery, glass ware, pots and pans. The garden terrace overlooks the communal pool with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. The roof terrace is a spacious areas with 2 quality sun loungers and a small table. There is also clothes drying facilities on the terrace. We have 2 bikes that can be used, 1 adult bike and 1 child's bike (suitable age 8-11), Portable swingball for the children. All bedlinen and towels included.

My family and I had an amazing week at the house - Thank you! We were made to feel completely welcome and felt right at home, as the house has many of the home comforts as added bonuses, making this self catering holiday easy work.

The house is in a perfect location to the swimming pool and the gardens are beautiful and well kept. Everything we needed to make our stay as stress free as possible was all well within a reasonable distance and we were ever so grateful for the information and local knowledge we obtained from the owner.

We have recommended the house to many other families since returning to the UK and we are meeting another family, who we met on the complex, there in 2010. - We booked again!!

This is a great house, in a lovely location, with friendly residence and holiday makers alike, all well within a reasonable distance from the supermarkets, restaurants, bar, marina and the beach. We loved it!

The apartment was everything that was described. It was clean, well maintained and in a good location. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. It is the perfect setting for a family holiday. It is fantastic if you want to either sit by the pool or if you want to go out and explore. It has something for everyone. we enjoyed it so much we are going back for two weeks next year!! We are already counting down the days!! Helen and family, Reading

Our great week at La Finca

We had 8 great days in this lovely house in August 09. The owner was able to arrange everything for us at extremely short notice and gave us a great deal! The complex itself is great with an excellent communal pool. The neighbours are extremely friendly and many new friends were made. The house has everything you could want and more and has a very modern feel to it. The golf course is superb despite being very challenging. The complex also has several great places to eat. We'll definitely be coming back
