Excellent location! This apartment is situated in a seafront complex, only 150 meters from the sandy beaches of Playa de Los Locos. There are dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes. The balcony overlooks the community´s fantastic, large swimming pool which has a separate children´s section as well.

Playa de los Locos is located on the northern part of town, between Torrevieja and La Mata. It is one of the most popular beaches of the area because of its cleanliness and facilities. There are Spanish, English, Irish bars, a choice of excellent restaurants, ice cream parlors, seafront cafes and tapas bars all within a couple of minutes of walk from the apartment. There is a seafront promenade which takes you all the way down to the centre of town. There is also a regular bus service along the sea front to the bus station in Torrevieja, & in the summer a land train runs down to the harbour where every evening there is a craft fair along the promenade.

  • Please, note that 50 Euro local management charge is payable on arrival to cover meet-and-greet service and after-stay cleaning. 25% deposit payable at the time of booking, the rest is due 6-8 weeks before arrival. Long term rentals are welcome, special rates for rentals of 4 weeks or more!
    Airport transfers and welcome packs are also available for extra charge. Please, enquire at the time of booking!
    Cots are available for hire!
    Please note that it is the renters responsibility to make sure that they have adequate health and liability insurance, it is not the responsibility of the owner.
    All bed linens and towels are provided, but please, bring your own beach towels!
    Check in is after 14.00 on arrival day and check out is 10.00 on day of departure, but we will do our best to accomodate earlier arrivals or later departure.
  • Please note:- when travelling by bus from Alicante airport to Torrevieja there will be an additional €15 check in fee due to the ammount of time spent waiting at apartment.

We loved this appartment, clean , spacious and well equiped, good location. lots of good restaurants within walking distance, not far from beach, although we loved the pool, it was great for the kids. Liked the fact we over looked the pool. Would recommend to friends and we are hoping to return next year.

Clean, spacious, very close to the beach. Washing machine was super! Pool is a lovely size with a lifeguard. I would book this apt again. Air con would have been a bonus!!!
