BEAUTIFUL 1 BED APARTMENT IN LA CALA, FINNESTRAT NR BENIDORM

We went on an Easter break to La Cala (my husband, myself and our thirteen year old daughter). We were picked up at the airport by a couple who look after the apartment for the owner, they were absolutely lovely and gave us information about the area and were only a phone call away if any problems occured (which they didnt!). The apartment was in a gated complex, and was very modern with a large bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower and a lovely lounge and kitchen area, with patio doors leading onto the balcony over looking the pool. The apartment was clean and had lots of personal touches, such as a selection of DVDs and Books to choose from. The apartment is about three minutes walk away from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and small bars to visit. The main bar we went to was Bay View which is next door to Molly Malones, it has fantastic home cooked food and is frequented by a lot of the British residents of La Cala, having karaoke, bingo and quizes on in the week. We had a lovely relaxing time here and would definately return - the price is very good for the standard of apartment and being able to be picked up and dropped off back at the airport was great.

We stayed for 2 months in January & February 2011. Overal, the appartment was ok, but not really equipped for long over-winter stays (no heating). Master bed very comfortable and sunny balcony overlooking pool. Contrary to the ad, it does not have 2 bathrooms, but that didn't cause us any problems. It is in a good location and although we had a hire car throughout the period, most of the time we walked into Benidorm (a very pleasant 40 minute walk) and got the bus back. I would recommend to others (subject to comments above). A bit difficult to find initially (even with Sat-Nav), I asked owner for directions but didn't receive any with the keys.

we stayed in this apartment in july for two weeks , it had everything in it you needed and was very clean and tidy , close to the beach , nice pool, although a bit small it was nice and the surroundings were nice and clean too, we have been coming to finestrat for the past six years now but i would come back to this apartment again
