The house was every bit as good as we had expected on the basis of the information provided in the internet ad. It is stunningly beautiful, spacious, peaceful and ideally located for exploring the unique town of Dinan. On our arrival, it was scrupulously clean and the arrangements for picking up the key, availing ourselves of the car-parking permit etc. were straightforward and simple. In addition, a folder was left for us with loads of practical and simple information for making the most of our stay.
The house is beautifully furnished in keeping with its medieval character. It is also the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and it was a pleasure to cook our family meal in the evening.
I will certainly recommend the house to friends and relatives. It represented outstanding value for money to us, and it is very refreshing to come home with the sensation that the owners put so much effort into into providing top quality accommodation rather than just being interested in maximising their own return - as, unfortunately, has sometimes been the case in other properties we have rented.
