Means of access : No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.

Frozen Swedish family loved the Sunny View

In august me and my family visited Croatia and rented this apartment in Milna on island of Brac. It was a perfect holiday with a pool that was cleaned every day, close to the beach with a lot of places to sit and with a lot of kind and happy people. The food was good (sometimes fabolous) and not so expensive - we recommend the little bakery in town! Since we are a family of five, we did a lot of cooking at home and that wasn´t a problem, since the apartment was well equipped.
The man that looked after the apartmentarea was very polite and observant. The cleaners where very good and when the washingmashine broke, it was fixed quite fast so we could wash and didn´t need to buy new clothes...
The view from the apartment was very nice and it was a balcony we enjoyed beeing on. It was also possible to hang clothes there that dried fast in the sun.
The water in Croatia looks like in Hawaii - crystal clear and very nice to swim in. In the local shops you can buy shoes, and it helped you in the water since it was a lot of pebbles in it.
The view from the apartment was over the entrance to Milna at it was nice to see all the beautiful boats entering the little harbour in town.
We can really recommend this to others!
The description of the apartment was just as described in the advirtesment. We found the customerservice very well and we always got someone that could speak english and that made us feel secure.
On Saturday night, there was some local activity and it was very nice. The boattrip to Split was nice and taking the bus to town was a breathtaking trip. The local pizzeria is recommended but be there about 7.30 in the evening, at 9 you won´t get a seat!
The Milnatown is mostly for families and sunbathing - not a partyplace but our teenagers enjoyed it anywat since the sunbathing and the swimmingfacilities was soo good.

Peaceful, comfortable with a beautiful view!

We, (my partner and I), visited this apartment in Septmeber 2008. The apartment is lovely and was very comfortable for the two of us, there were few others in the apartments at this time so we had the pool to our selves for several days. We loved the fact that it was very quiet and away from Milna, which was fairly quiet at this time of year anyway. I wouldn't recommend for 5 people unless you all got on exceptionally well but for us it was fantastic and the facilities were very good with enough cooking utensils etc. The property is up a very steep hill from Milna and the beach may only be 100m away but they are all steps so be aware! The walk into Milna is pleasant and takes about 15 -20 mins of gentle walking but the short hill at the property is a bit of a killer, especially with your shopping. It would also have been useful to know you need shoes you can swim in as getting into the sea was quite hard underfoot as the beach is very stoney - as they all are in Croatia. The directions from the property company were very good if arriving by car but think they would have been a bit baffling if we had decided to take the local bus to Milna. Traveling around from Milna was quite easy, buses, ferries etc were regular and on time but we did get a taxi to the apartment from Supetar on arrival, which was expensive but necessary. We also hired a car for a few days to really explore the island and to visit Split and Trogir.
Great place if you want to get away from it all but if you want to meet lots of British holiday makers, going in September may be too quiet for you. There were plenty of bars and restaraunts to choose from but don't expect much choice if you're vegetarian!
All in all we had a lovely holiday and the apartment was really nice, we would definately recommend it to friends and think about going again!
