A romantic Victorian cottage fully refurbished with contempory interiors. This cottage is extremely well furnished with designer furniture and art yet it remains very homely and welcoming. The cottage is filled with light and through every window there is a stunning view. The house faces south /south east making the most of the sun light. It is not overlooked and really is 'nestled' on the side of Killiney Hill offering total privacy whilst also being close to amenties. The main living area has double french doors which open to a terrace and deck looking over the hill and bay. The well equipped kitchen opens on to this living/dining area which gives a great feeling of space, in the evening this area can be heated using the gas buring stove. There is also another sitting area with an open log fire and big comfortable sofas great for curling up on with a good book and glass of vino.

There are speakers throughout the living areas for listening to music and I have a good selection of CD's mainly jazz, classical and easy listening which you are free to use. The master bedroom is extremely peaceful (due to the 2foot deep Victorian walls) and tranquil over looking the cottage garden, the King sized bed is always dressed in the best bed linen. The stunning private sunny gardens have plenty of places to sit and eat as well as a great gas BBQ for cooking al fresco dinners. Located on top of Killiney Hill close to the famous heritage town of Dalkey with its fantastic restaurants and lively pubs. A short hop to Dublin on the Dart with all a cosmopolitan city has to offer. This really is the perfect romantic get away for the discerning traveller who wishes to explore Dublin city/ coast and the East of Ireland. There is a shuttle bus from Dublin airport to Dalkey (60 mins). Dun Laoghaire ferry is a 20 min drive. Rosslare Europort
