Large stone villa,amazing views of bay, metres from good beach.

The entrance to the villa is on the first floor into a spacious open plan living room, consisting of a large seating area,sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi Internet . Two sets of large french windows open on to a big terrace with beautiful view over the bay of Kotor, an arch through to the kitchen area and a cloakroom. A third set of french windows lead on to a small patio to the side of the villa where we have a barbeque area.

Below on the ground floor is road parking for two cars and garage. A large spacious bedroom with french windows opening on to a terrace, a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washing machine. This room is suitable for young families as there are no balconies, we also have a double sofa bed in this room and could fit a cot.

On the top floor we have three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds all with their own shower rooms, wc’s and balconies and sea views.

The house is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months.

If you are a large group or have young children and fancy spending a night drinking the local wine and relaxing on the terrace Fanika the neighbour will come to your rescue. Fanika cooks delicious meals with fresh produce and will deliver it to your door. We have her menue and prices which are of course a lot cheaper than eating out.

Orahovac also has a hotel with a restaurant. There are two seasonal beach bars, village shop for essential items. A local bus service runs between Kotor and Risan.
