Nearest Airport: larnaca at 62 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Small water park in Pernera, larger water park in ayia thekla. Pernera has numerous restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, banks, lovely white sandy beaches, water sports galore and has just as much to offer as Protaras, which is a 25 min walk away. Buses and taxis readily available. Paralimni town where you will find supermarkets are a 15 min drive away. Plenty to see and do to suit all ages.

As you enter the villa, you come in to the open plan modern lounge, withu plasma TV DVD and satellite chennels, some in English. Dining for 6 and kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double, and one twin. Both have fully fitted wardrobes and air con inclusive. Patio doors from the lounge and dining lead on to the terrace and pool. The pool is small but adequate, and there are 3 sun loungers.
