In the centre of Beer village, but tucked away from the main street.

Accommodation: Ground floor entrance into cosy sitting room. Separate dining room. Bright galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Garden outlook. Stairs to Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes and sea glimpses. Bedroom 2 with twin singles. Bathroom with bath, electric overbath shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Small sun-trap garden with patio, garden furniture and parasol to the front of the cottage accessed via footpath. Parking space for 1 car to the rear.

Restrictions: Non smoking guests preferred. One pet welcome.

A delightful, ever popular little cottage which is just around the corner from all the facilities of the village. Well furnished and double glazed, it is perfect not only for couples, but also for family holidays very close to the sea. It has the advantage of parking at the door - a definite bonus in the busy season on the coast.
Nearest Airport : Exeter at 25 Miles

A level walk to the shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

Close to Pecorama and Beer Quarry Caves, The Donkey Sanctuary, the Regency town of Sidmouth and the Norman Lockyer Observatory are all within a 20 minute drive.
