Casa Carfax, a large, newly refurbished, perfectly equipped, part air conditioned, white, light and airy villa, features a morning breakfast patio overlooking orange groves and villages, to the ocean. On the other side there is a sun patio looking out over mountain ranges. A quiet, secluded sun terrace surrounds your own big private swimming pool. The villa has three generously sized bedrooms, one bathroom is en-suite, the second large bathroom has a washing machine. The large new, fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining room is fitted with a four ring gas hob, grill and large & small ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. An archway leads through to a comfortable lounge with a new flat screen digital TV receiving BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 etc, DVD Player, sound sytem, CD's & DVD's, books and children's games all supplied for your pleasure and enjoyment.

Nearest Airport: Valencia and Alicante both same distance at 60 Minutes
Orba village 5 mins drive. Denia 20 and Javea 30 mins drive. A beautiful drive through the Jalon valley over the mountains to the Algar Waterfalls and Guadalest makes for an interesting day out. 20 mins drive to Vergel Safari Park is recommended for families. An exciting day out for all ages is 40 mins drive to Benidorm visiting 'Terra Mitica' Adventure Theme Park, 'Mundomar' Dolphin/Seal Show, 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park and 'Terra Natura', Animal Theme Park. Our village of Orba has three Banks with 24 hour cash machines, one large and two smaller supermarkets. Julie's an English supermarket sells just about anything that British desire when abroad. Ten various style Restaurants, even 'Cornish Pride' the Falmouth registered specialist pasty shop, as well as 'Central Perk' an English run 'diner' and coffee house, with its different and very new, Anglo/American themed menu. Orba has it's own Fish & Chip Shop opened in April.

We found your large villa with pool ideal for ourselves and our three girls, they loved it. It spaciousness was perfect for our girls, who were in and out of the house, pool and terraces allowing us still to have a quiet corner recharging our batteries in front of the TV, reading and just sitting in the sun. Thanks so much for your very welcome grocery pack you put in for us, much appreciated. We would like to come back in 2010 may we book 2 weeks in May or June let me know which dates are your best price?
