Moving inside, the stylish and airy air-conditioned lounge area contains a 3 seater sofa, chair, pictures, rug, carved wood coffee table and side table, plus lamps, mirror and a carved wood sideboard. The lovely dining area contains a table and 4 chairs, plus wine rack. There is TV, DVD and Hi Fi system plus a selection of DVD's and CD's for your use during your stay! The modern kitchen leads from the dining area and is bright and cheerful, containing oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. In addition there is a CD/Radio player, iron and ironing board as well as an excellent array of cooking utensils needed for your stay. Leading from the kitchen is a door to a small back terrace which is furnished with 2 chairs, small table and the all important BBQ - for al fresco dining.

Moving up the beautifully tiled staircase with ornate railings, you come to the second bedroom, again very nicely furnished and air-conditioned, with twin beds, bedside cabinet, pictures, lamp, mirror plus double built in wardrobes which also contain a safe for your valuables during your stay. Further along the landing is the sunny master bedroom. Again beautifully decorated and air-conditioned, it features a double bed, bedside cabinets, mirror, pictures, lamps, 7 drawer chest and double built in wardrobes plus a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use. There are also patio doors to a balcony with lovely sea views. From the landing, stairs take you up to the third floor which features 2 roof terraces. The first, at the front of the property, contains table, 4 chairs, parasol and plants as well as fantastic sea views of Alicante, the beach and the mountains.

The second roof terrace, at the rear of the property, is perfect for sunbathing and has 2 sunloungers, table and parasol.
