Satellite antenna and air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. All shops and supermarkets at the foot of the residence. No car needed. Internet Connection. Composed of 1 fully equiped kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, a Bathroom and a corridor. Renovated in 2007. Parking, Free tennis courts, swimming pools attached at the residence. Golf field at 1 km. To be visited: Beautiful area La Nucia (Flee market on Sundays) Medieval village Pelope, Altea with it's marvellous old town in the North and Elche Parc in the South.

Drive up north on a sunday morning to see the fleemarket in La Nucia (30kms). Drive on the other side of the old town in La Nucia to see the medievial village Pelope. Drive 10 kms more to the North and stop in Altea. Have a walk on the seaside and go to the 'Local Montmartr' old town with its marvellous Church and typical Restaurants. South: Drive to Elche(40 kms)and visit the Elche Parc with it'sover 300 Palmtrees sorts. Orchiden, etc.
