Our 3 Bedroom, 2½ Bathroom villa is situated in Windward Cay, a hidden jewel in Kissimmee's crown. Although only 10 minutes from Disney and other attractions, it is in a peaceful area of select homes. It has a wonderful outlook onto a beautiful conservation area where a wide variety of wildlife can be seen.

It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to provide you with all the facilities necessary for a stay to be remembered.

4709 Windwood Drive is a fantastic 3 Bedroom villa. Our master bedroom has a King size bed, and is accompanied by a large ensuite; consisting of a single sink, bath/Roman tub and shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a Queen size (double) bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms two and three. Bedrooms have walk in closets/wardrobes and cable TV. The ½ bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen.

The villa has a light and spacious family room with a 27' Cable TV and DVD player. Comfortable seating area is provided by sofa and love seat (the sofa converts to a double bed if needed). The family room is open plan to both dining and kitchen, creating a truely family area; anyone cooking won't miss out on the fun.

Our modern kitchen has everything you will need; a huge fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled, filtered water dispenser, kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and utensils - a range of stainless steel pots and pans is provided. Adjoining the kitchen is a 4 seater breakfast nook with music centre (radio, CDs, cassettes). For formal dining, we have a roomy 6 seater dining area off the family room and kitchen.

All towels and bed linen provided. For laundry, use our quick cycle washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

By far, the wow factor of our villa is the pool and views, of the picturesque conservation area.We have a large 30’ X 12’ electric heated pool, which is fully insect screened. Everyone in your party can swim at the same time, without bumping into each other! Have your meals under the lanai, with patio table, chairs and loungers.

In the evening, underwater lighting in the pool provides a magical effect and a marvellous ambience for alfresco dining.

The villa is, of course, fully air conditioned, but there are also ceiling fans in all of the rooms, when you need to cool down further.

We have a crib(cot) and stroller (pushchair) for use, free of charge.

Situated just two minutes from the 192 which is home to many shops and restaurants. Walmart, our local 24 hour supermarket, is minutes away, as is Medieval Times. Just 10 minutes from Disney and Sea World. Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, and Melbourne Beach can be reached in about 60 minutes. Go East if you like waves to surf or body board on. The superb Gulf Coast beaches are about 90 minutes away. The warm waters of Clearwater & St. Petes, are family favourites.

For Golf Lovers:- Several Golf Courses – only 5 minutes. Favourable in off-peak season. Fishing, Boating, Go-Karting, Horseriding, Walking Trails, Bird Watching. Suitable for both peak and off peak seasons.

There are many mini golf courses, off the 192. Great family fun, and loved by kids of all ages. Open both day and evening times, all year round.

Evening entertainment: Medieval Times, Arabian Nights

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The house is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and we ask that you vacate the property by 11am. We can extend this upon request, without charge. If you require a mid term clean during your stay this can be arranged with our management company at an additional charge.

    Rental rates for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas attract high season rates.

    All our rates already include 13% Florida tax (NO hidden charges).


    We make a charge for electric pool heating at £12 per day. We would require a deposit of £100 to secure your booking with the remainder due within 8 weeks of arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required.

    In view of flight times, we offer entended time of leaving the villa free of charge, subject to availability.

Wonderful, right by everything in quiet location.

Myself and my family including two young twins stayed here in October 2011.

Windward cay is a beautiful small neighbourhood. All the homes here are well looked after and was a pleasure to stay in the area. Just a side road on the 192, the villa is no more than 20 minutes from universal studios and 15 minutes drive from sea world and Disney and that's in rush hour traffic.

The villa was clean and spacious and was equipped with everything a family needs. It's also all open plan so we could keep an eye on our 18 month twins. Bedrooms are big with walk in wardrobes, master bedroom with a super king bed which was a pleasant surprise when we arrived.

Externally there's a patio area and wonderful pool which served us well in the morning before hitting the parks and in the evening under a thunderstorm.

What was really handy for us is if we had any issues the management company was located across the road, they kindly helped us with the pool heating when the days became cooler in October.

We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend this villa.

Myself, my Husband, our Daughter, her Husband and our 9 year old Grandson stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely property. Located in a leafy quiet residential area just a slight drive off the 192 but no traffic noise, bliss. What was even better was that the villa is located just a short ride away from all the major attractions of Orlando.

The villa is very well equipped with all the home comforts needed to make it a home from home get-away, even to a welcoming packet of tea bags at the ready and the fridge already cooled. We found the property clean and well-maintained and whilst we were there the pool had been cleaned regularly and the gardens tended on a regular basis by contracted staff. There was plenty of storeage space,including the essential cloths hangers and a ready supply of clean towels. It was also good to know that any local phone calls are free to make, this came in very useful when we arrived as we had lost one piece of luggage and the very helpful management team were on hand to give us support and valuable help (which was, I think, over and above the normal call of duty ) all that extra help eventually reunited us with our lost luggage.

We had the time of our lives staying here and I would recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of visiting Florida for a holiday.

A big thank you to everyone for helping make our stay a very enjoyable and worry free time, we will certainly be returning!
