The Perfect Christmas Trip

My husband, daughter and I traveled to Grace Bay for Christmas 2012. What a wonderful time! The condo was absolutely beautiful, with every amenity we could have asked for. We also rented the adjoining unit (3031) for our teenaged daughter. The units were impeccably clean, and 3032 had an incredible view of the ocean, with a very nice balcony to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets.
We snorkeled every day directly off of the beach (the fish were incredible), and also enjoyed parasailing and sailing. We also ran almost every day on the road from the property to Turtle Bay Marina (approximately 5.5 km round trip).
The staff are among the best we've ever worked with for a vacation like this. Rochelle, Matthew and Jerome ensured that we had our activities planned, clear directions, excellent restaurants selected, and great beach chair positioning. The "Somewhere" restaurant / bar onsite has great food and drinks.
One aspect of this property that we particularly liked was how several feral cats have been adopted, spayed/neutered/vaccinated, and tamed. A few of the cats were particularly friendly, adding a really lovely touch to our trip. We found ourselves very moved by the generosity and caring of the staff for these abandoned animals.
We ate at the following restaurants, and highly recommend them: Las Brisas, COCO Bistro, Bay Bistro, Mango Grill, and Sailing Paradise. Again, thanks to Rochelle for helping us to set up our reservations.
In summary, this was by far one of our most memorable family vacations ever, and we can't wait to return to this property! It truly is Paradise.
