La Lavande is one of three lovely stone cottages in a charming hamlet next to an historic manoir. It is in unspoilt countryside amidst woodland and overlooking the Scorff valley. They are set in their own grounds with a 5.5m x 11m heated swimming pool which has a security fence and gate as well as underwater lighting. A terrace surrounds the pool ideal for sunbathing or general relaxation while the large field provides space for the more energetic to play ball games.It provides an ideal mix of rural tranquility and many facilities for leisure pursuits nearby. You will discover the joy of driving on almost empty roads.

Nearest Airport: Dinard at 80 Miles
Nearest Ferry: St Malo at 87 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 37.0 Miles
Car: necessary
In addition to the facilities on site, there is horseriding five minutes away as well as fishing locally(also less than 5 minutes away) at Dordu and all around the local area particularly the Nantes-Brest canal. Bel-Air at Priziac, the Rivers Scorff and Blavet and the extensive lake at Guerledan. Additionally all these locations have facilities for other water sports. The nearest golf course is at Bieuzy, only 9 holes, but difficult and beautiful while there are other 18 hole courses in the area.

La Lavande retains its beams and stone walls with a modern seperate kitchen,dining area and a comfortable lounge. There is a VCR and DVD player as well as a radio/CD player. The television which cannot receive programmes is compatible with games consoles. One of the twin bedrooms is on the ground floor. There is an en suite bathroom to the double room. This and the two twin bedrooms are on the first floor with a family shower room/toilet. A cot is included for the very smallest family members. Outside, La Lavande has its own patio with garden furniture and BBQ.
