Beautiful detached accommodation offering something extra. Open all year round, short breaks a speciality. The perfect house for a romantic weekend or a peaceful holiday and retreat. This property offers flexible stays of a minimum two nights. Welcome hamper has essential supplies for your stay as well as either a summer picnic or winter casserole including wine. Natural locally sourced toiletries and bathrobes provided. For your enjoyment during your stay there is satellite TV with UK Freeview , DVD Player, CD music centre, Wi Fi Internet connection, house library of books and a piano for music lovers. There are extensive landscaped gardens surrounding the house with uninterrupted views to the vines and hills beyond. A private terrace leading out of the kitchen has a BBQ, and around the pool you will find sun loungers with cushions, garden furniture and hammocks.

You can also find the 'Musee de Santons' and an excellent Oive Oil Coooperative. Throughout the summer there are many festivals with live music in the esplanade in the centre of the town. Lake Salagou offers windsurfing and saiing as well as beaches for bathing. Good cycling rotes and walking trails.

The architect designed house has been built to reflect the local style, there is a huge open plan living area open to the roof, the bedroom with en suite shower room is on the mezzanine. The house is well furnished throughout with many antique pieces. The kitchen has been designed for keen cooks with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and front loading washing machine. The living area has comfortable sofas and a piano, there is a wood burning stove for winter lets. Wrought iron staircase leading to the mezzanine bedroom with its queen sized 1930s bed, freestanding bath with hand shower with atmospheric under lighting, view across vines. Shower room with walk in purpose built shower, contemporary sink and wall hung WC. Bicycles available for exploring the area. Should you wish the owners will host a dinner for you once a week (four courses with wine @ 25 Euros per person). The house has a quick clean with a change of sheets every three days.

Children are not permitted, the owners Richard and Barbara are on site to ensure your comfort but will respect your privacy at all times. Pool for your exclusive use. The pool is heated for your comfort.
