This high quality, newly built, 3 storey house is furnished to the highest standard. The chrome railings and electric shutters make it stand out from all other properties. It is the perfect place to come back to after a day on the beautiful beach of C'an Picafort which is within a 5 minute walk. What makes this house special is the 3rd floor bedroom with the amazing large terrace where you can sit and chill. The roof terrace is ideal for alfresco dining.

Son Baulo is a quiet part of C'an Picafort with an abundance of bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The beach here is spectacular and stretches the whole length of C'an Picafort all the way to Alcudia. Within a 10 minute walk along the beach you are in the busy hustle and bustle of C'an Picafort with it's designer shops and restaurants that cater for every need. There is lots to do here for the energetic with sailing, wind surfing and waterskiing. Also in Son Baulo there is the amazing Karting circuit for children and adults or to sit and have a drink watching how the professionals perform.

Very disappointed with this property.
House was clean with plenty of linen and towels but couldnt use microwave or oven as nothing provided to cook with.
No sea view from terrace nor was it private as properties directly opposite. Also terrace not safe for small children.
Garden is just dirt and weeds and directly behind this is a working garage with a compressor going from 8.30 to sometimes 21.00. We sat out in the front of the property just to get some peace and quiet.
Garage is not accessable so parking on street only.
We had problem with ants in all the kitchen cupboards. They were behind the light switches and in the wall cavities.
Did make Leslie aware of this.
We have rented holiday properties for over 15 years and found this property not as expected.
Owner's Response: As the owner of this property I am very disappointed to read any comments suggesting my clients were not happy during their holiday. I live only 10 minutes away from this house and am on hand to deal with any issues that occur during your holiday. It is unfortunate that this reviewer did not contact me to express any of her concerns about insufficient cooking utensils whilst here - we can only fix things if we know they are broken!
I have spoken to the gentleman who is supposed to have a working garage and he assures me that he was just doing up an old car for a friend and it is not a working garage.
We make every effort to ensure that you have a great holiday and take great pride in our house and its presentation.
We have taken on board all of the comments made and have investigated and rectified all issues as far as is possible.

A lovely modern, clean home with all the amenities you could want. The owner was very trusting and accommodating considering we booked at the very last minute before turning up. The beach esplanade is only a couple of streets away. The location was great, close to restaurants and beaches but far enough away to avoid the madding crowd. The area is fantastic for sightseeing as well. I have no qualms in recommending this property.
