Sleeps a maximum of 6 persons Private swimming pool (40m) The Greek word for ‘twins,’ Villa Didimos has been designed and furnished just this year by two brothers from Holland, and their modern, stylish taste is reflected in every last detail. Built to the very highest specification, as you step into the house, and gaze through the lounge and dining area out of the large patio doors, across the infinity swimming pool with the Jacuzzi tub set to the side, the breathtaking myriad shades of blue of the Mediterranean sea blending into the sky laid completely unobstructed before you, you will discover just one of the many hidden treasures of Didimos.

The village of Plaka has many amenities including a well stocked supermarket, hairdresser and petrol station. The village square itself is charming, with several traditional style tavernas and cafes to enjoy an evening meal or after dinner coffee in walking distance to Didimos. Wander around the village of Kokkino Chorio, used in the film Zorba the Greek with many of the village houses unchanged or visit the glass factory and take home a unique souvenir which you may have watched being hand blown in the method used for generations. Just minutes by car is the lovely village of Almirida which is built around a crescent shaped sandy beach. The beach here is clear, shallow and safe, perfect for children or less confident swimmers. Lining the beach are a good selection of tavernas, cafes and shops and a water sports centre which rents out non-motorised equipment such as kayaks, windsurfers and catamarans.
