Villa delle Sirene (Mermaid Villa) is an independent villa on two levels and with a wide garden, very close to the beach of Santa Margherita and a few minutes away from the marvellous beaches of Chia Lagoons. At the ground floor there is a wide living room which faces the garden, a kitchen and a bathroom. Outside you can find two patios with garden furniture. At first there two a double bedroom, one of which with bathroom, a bedroom with single beds, another one with bunk beds, and a bathroom.

The villa is well equiped: television, water tank, kitchen with four burner cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, iron, outside furniture. Pula, sandy beaches and creeks enframed by the rocks. The smells of the garden products such as the wonderful camona and cupido tomatoes. The Spanish towers and the ancient town of Nora reflected in the cristal clear water and the wonderful Chia sand-dunes. You can practise many sports as well as play in the prestigious golf-course Is Molas with 18 holes par 72. The lively town of Pula with its square, animated by different shows and concerts.
