Lovely, brand new house very close to the facilities and the glorious beach of Manta Rota. The house sleeps 6 and is fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen is modern and has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and the usual oven, hob etc. Enjoy the benefit of full air conditioning in the summer and heating through the winter months, also you have English television Channels should it be needed.

Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes. Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded. There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops. In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport. If you are looking for nightlife 5 minutes away by taxi is the busier resort of Monte Gordo.

The house has one bedroom and shower room downstairs and two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. You are five minutes walking to the beach where there are wooden boardwalks, skating areas and places for romantic strolls, there are many restaurants and cafe bars to watch the world go by. Manta Rota is a popular beach resort with a fairly gentle pace, you have four golf courses within 5 and ten minutes drive of the house. You are approx 45 mins drive from Faro Airport.
