This family 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom, Florida pool home, is carpeted throughout and furnished as follows. The master bedroom over looks the pool, has a queen size bed, a large on en-suite bathroom incorporating walk in shower, large walk in wardrobe with clothes hangers, iron and ironing board, bedside cabinets, draw units and TV/video. Bedroom 2, over looks the pool, has a double bed, walk in wardrobe with clothes hangers, bedside cabinets, draw units and TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, walk in wardrobe with clothes hangers, bedside cabinets and draw units. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the adjoining family bathroom, with shower over bath and toilet facilities. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard with sunny breakfast area, it is fully equipped with: fridge/frezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, dishwasher and electric cooker. Tumble dryer, washing machine and clothes airer are housed in the double garage area.

The main living area over looks the pool is furnished with occasional tables and two sofas complete with cable TV, hi-fi and video/DVD player. There is a separate dining area with seating for 6 people. The villa has its own private heated pool that is thermstacitically controlled, and fully lit for that early evening swim after a day at the park, the pool area is covered by a mesh enclosure that protects against insects and keeps the pool clean. There is a net for your use just incase the odd insect gets in. Patio furniture that consists of a table and chairs. Additionally there is a double integral garage, firealarms throughout and telephone with free local calls. Bed linen and ample towels are included.
