Our bright sunny Condo is nestled in the Wildernest Community, within the Watch Hill development, and is perched above Silverthorne in Summit County, Colorado. Wildernest a is luxury development composed of multiple townhouse, Condo, and detached home complexes located in the forest only a few miles off of I-70 at the center of Colorado’s Ski Country just 70 miles west of Denver. Large windows look over expansive views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten-Mile Range, and Keystone resorts.
The Condo is on the second floor - but don't worry, there are only a few steps to climb or use the elevator. Hi speed Internet access, including WiFi allows you to check email and stay in touch. A laser printer is available for your use. A home theater system with a large flat panel screen provides an awesome entertainment option after a hard day of skiing. Newly redecorated and painted.
From this mountain retreat, you have access to seven ski areas - all just a few miles away, hiking trails, golf courses, and a clubhouse with hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor) in the same building. Only minutes to the ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin and about 30 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek.
Located on the free Summit Stage bus route, ski resorts and restaurants can be accessed without requiring a car. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are 47 great biking trails throughout Summit County for the hard-core mountain biker or the paved path cruiser. Excellent Nordic (cross country) skiing is available at the Frisco Nordic Center, about 10 miles away. Beautiful Lake Dillon is less than four miles away.
Silverthorne and Dillon (two to three miles away) provide shopping (over 70 stores, including outlets), restaurants, and services. A variety of restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge can accommodate just about any taste and budget for those times you don't feel like cooking. For those who would rather fix their own meals, there is a complete kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table. The two large grocery stores nearby, make it easy to find the ingredients for your favorite meal.

Master Bedroom - queen bed.
Second Bedroom - two single beds.
Living Area : One queen sleep sofa, aregular sofa, and if needed one queen air matress (will be tight with air matress)
To confirm your reservation, we require a $250 security deposit. Payment of the rental fees is due 30 days prior to your planned arrival date. Your security deposit refund will be issued within two weeks of your departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the total amount is fully refundable less a $50 service charge. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you forfeit any monies paid. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled.
